About Me
I know what it takes to build and scale a business from the ground up.
For over 25 years, I’ve been an entrepreneur, business strategist, and now a business coach, working closely with SME business owners to help them scale profitably, implement structured systems, and eliminate daily firefighting.
But my journey didn’t start in business coaching. It started with marketing and branding.
In 1999, I founded Paradigm Plus, a brand strategy and advertising agency that helped businesses build strong brand identities, craft powerful marketing strategies, and dominate their industries. I was deeply passionate about marketing… but something unexpected started to unfold.
As my agency grew, so did my conversations with clients. They weren’t just talking about branding and visibility—they were struggling with bigger business challenges.
Cash flow issues. Team alignment struggles. Expansion dilemmas. Regulatory roadblocks. New business opportunities.
More and more, business owners weren’t just looking for marketing solutions—they were looking for business clarity.
And the best part? The strategies I suggested worked.
The Turning Point: From Marketing to Business Coaching
I started noticing a pattern.
A client would call me for advice, I’d help them strategize and solve the problem, and a few months later, they’d come back and say…

That’s when I realized—I wasn’t just helping them market their business… I was helping them run it better.
By this time, Paradigm Plus was running seamlessly with a strong team handling operations. I found myself stepping into a strategic mentorship role, and that’s when it hit me.
I was naturally drawn to coaching business owners. I had real, hands-on experience in scaling and sustaining a business. I genuinely loved helping entrepreneurs grow beyond just marketing.
But at the time, business coaching wasn’t even a structured industry in India. So, I did what every serious entrepreneur does—I invested in myself.

Since 2017, I’ve been on an intensive journey of learning from the world’s top business coaches, strategists, and mindset experts.
I deep-dived into mindset transformation because no business can outgrow its leader’s mindset. I studied profitability and scaling because revenue without profit is a trap. I focused on systems and processes because a business should run without daily firefighting. I learned leadership and team alignment because a strong team drives sustainable growth. I implemented execution and accountability frameworks because ideas don’t create impact… consistent action does.
That’s when I knew—this wasn’t just another career move. This was my Ikigai.
